Spring = Sick.

the weather is so nice today, it's sunny and the flowers are blooming already. yes, It's spring! this is my first time to know what's spring like. it's beautiful indeed, a nice day to walk in the park, swimming, jogging, having a picnic or bbq. But sadly, all i can do in this superb day is laying on my bed with my sweater and fuzzy socks on. thanks to hay fever, i have to stay at home and rest. it started this morning, when i wake up, i feel nothing wrong and then i had my breakfast and gave the leftovers to shaki, my home stay's dog. it was chicken bone, i think shaki and pippa really like them. when i gave it to shaki, he keeps on sneezing and somehow i found it really cute ;p haha. but then after i gave him the leftover chicken bone, he stops sneezing. so, i took a shower and turn on my lappie and suddenly my nose was runny and i don't know whether it's a hay fever or because of shaki's unknown sneezing. hmm...

it got worst when i sneeze because my eyes get watery and headache. so i took a paracetamol medicine and lay down. i told my mom and she told me to cook a porridge. i didn't know how to make one, so i ask my mom but she didn't answer, and i looked on the internet how to make a chicken porridge. so i started with the rice and then go to the next step. the result was pretty good! i was impress at my cooking skills. huahaha. not as good as the chinese restaurant's one but it was ok for beginners ;)

it doesn't look appetizing, but it tastes good!
blame hay fever for creating global warming.

at times like this, i really need my parents. back home, when i was sick, my mom used to make me chicken porridge and took me to doctor. my dad gave me medicine and sometimes look after me until midnight. but now, i have to do everything by my self. i have to cook, took medicine and take care my own body. well, i think it is part of growing up and handle everything by my own.

so, get well soon emi!
